With our focus on linguistic excellence, Etymax’s team of Translation Project Managers is committed to delivering quality-driven language management at all stages of a project, from receipt of documents to delivery of final translated materials.
In common with other leading translation companies, we use the latest Computer Aided Translation technologies (CAT tools). We also take full in-house control of our proofreading and quality checks - and we examine every single word. All translations are systematically checked and edited according to our stringent quality management procedures. We believe this is the only way to ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of your translated materials across all languages.
The following steps are integral to the management of all our projects
1. Project planning:
- analysis and preparation of the source text
- glossary preparation/update when applicable
- selection and briefing of translators
- scheduling of all key stages in view of client deadline
2. Project management flow:
- regular client status reports to pre-empt and resolve potential issues
- liaison with translators on translation-related queries
- liaison with clients on source content-related issues
- application of our translation quality assurance procedures at key stages
- Translation Project Managers perform all post-translation quality checks on all final deliverables
- post-project debrief as required to discuss ways of fine tuning processes for future projects
